targeted areas of self-improvement

An honest opinion is one of the most priceless things in the world and one of the hardest things to properly obtain. When it comes to determining more than just the credentials of an employee but his or her interactions with others, simply getting an opinion is not enough. What you need is a broader picture. What you need is 360 degree feedback. Appraisal360 offers a balanced and in depth picture of an employee’s interactions with others through confidential feedback employing the Appraisal360 system. With the Appraisal360 system, a broader picture can be put together through a variety of confidential contributions from fellow employees and customers. This can provide a good identification of the strong and weak points of an employee allowing him or her to learn his or her strong and weak points and understand the areas where they can work to improve upon. While individual opinions are more likely to err and more likely to be dismissed, the overview provided by the Appraisal360 system collects and collates common statements to create a more general appraisal of perception that serves to conclusively identify how that employee is seen by others thus allowing for targeted areas of self-improvement that can transform office relationships and customer relations opening a new horizon for improvement.
